North American Prep Hockey League (NAPrepHL)
Delta College Prep is a proud full-season member of the North American Prep Hockey League (NAPrepHL), competing for the prestigious Metsel Cup—the only non-sanction national championship for prep hockey programs in North America.
The NAPHL has over 15 years’ experience in Prep School Hockey. The goal of the NAPHL is to provide prep hockey programs with the best competition and exposure to Canadian and USA junior programs along with CIS and NCAA hockey programs. The NAPHL will provide a larger competition pool than participating in localized leagues and create options for North American Prep Schools to play a variety of opponents. There will be a Championship for all teams at the end of each year. The NAPHL will provide its members with a series of showcase weekends, culminating with Championship in March.
Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP)
Delta College Prep is a proud guest member of the EHLP Showcase Series, gaining exposure through six Tier III Junior hockey games under the Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP) feeding the nation's top league for NCAA Division III commitments. These showcase events offer DCP players the chance to compete at the Junior level while being evaluated directly by EHL and NCAA Division III coaches, making them a key step in the pathway to college hockey.
The EHL and EHLP are junior hockey leagues that are fully committed to developing the skills hockey players need to be prepared for the next stage in their career. They are focused on maximizing your potential in the time you spend with them. When leaving the EHL, you’ll be better prepared for your next step.
