Delta College Prep Welcomes Back Defenseman Vojtěch Klučák for 2025-26

Delta College Prep Hockey is proud to announce the return of defenseman Vojtěch Klučák from Czechia for his second season of North American Prep hockey. Standing at 6’3”, Klučák made an immediate impact in 2024-25, playing 43 games as a 15-year-old. He adjusted quickly to the level, contributing 3 goals and 10 assists, while showcasing steady two-way play on the back end.

Klučák is one of three international imports joining the Delta College Prep roster this year, further emphasizing the program’s commitment to attracting high-end talent from across the globe.

General Manager David Dew shared:

“Voj is a monster and his teammates absolutely love him. At 6’3” with over 40 games of USHS-Prep hockey under his belt as a 2009-born defenseman, he’s a prime prospect for high-level junior hockey. We’ve been in close contact all summer, and I’m honored to have Vojtech return. He truly embraces and promotes our culture.”

Head Coach Mitch Gillespie added:

“Vojtech was a treat to watch this past season, bringing an impressive mix of size and maturity well beyond his age. He carries himself like a true professional both on and off the ice, setting the standard for those around him. We’re expecting a big second year from the talented Czech blueliner.”
