MIKE REYNOLDS JR. SIGNS WITH DCP

Reynolds joins DCP from the Berkshire Bruins Youth Hockey program, where he has spent his youth hockey career developing in Massachusetts. Mike also competed this offseason with our showcase partner, MOLE Hockey, where he made a strong impression on the Delta staff and earned the opportunity to join the program.

General Manager David Dew:

“Jr. has an outstanding personality, work ethic, and drive to develop. He’s ready to immerse himself in a high-end environment and begin making the transition out of youth hockey.

As a younger player, I’m really looking forward to developing his existing skill set and speed while getting him consistent reps alongside older, more experienced players. There’s a lot of runway here, and we’re excited to see what he can become.”

Head Coach Mitch Gillespie:

“Mike is exactly the type of young player we want to invest in. He’s coachable, competitive, and comes to the rink with a genuine desire to get better every day.

For a 2011, stepping into an environment with older players is going to challenge him physically and mentally, but that’s also what makes this opportunity so valuable. He’ll be pushed every day, and our job is to help him learn how to use his speed and skill effectively at the next level. We’re excited to have Mike and his family joining Delta and to be a part of his development over the coming years.”
